When will my order ship?
Orders are securely packaged, insured at full value, and shipped via FedEx. In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days.
Note: A "business day" is Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and order information. We also offer in-store pickup for online purchases. Please ensure that billing and shipping addresses match. To ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your credit card company to add the shipping address to your account. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
An adult signature is required at delivery. We aim to ensure timely delivery, but delays beyond our control may occasionally occur. If issues arise, we are here to assist.
International Orders
R&R Jewelers ships worldwide via FedEx. Taxes and duties collected by local governments are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs vary based on destination, and delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks after shipping.

Return/Exchange Policy
Our priority is customer satisfaction. If you're unhappy with your online purchase, we offer a 14-day return or exchange on unworn items. Exclusions apply.
Note: The return/exchange policy applies only to online purchases and ready-to-ship stock items. Custom-made items, altered, resized, or engraved items are not eligible.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all documentation within 14 days of delivery.
- In-store purchases are not eligible for returns but may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unworn and undamaged.

Packing Your Order:
